Now that the holidays are over, Britney Spears has to go back to her normal custody routine with her sons Jayden James and Sean Preston. And from the looks of it, she’s not too thrilled. The “Gimme More” singer was granted a two-day visit with her boys from the court presiding over her custody battle. But yesterday, her time was up and she was forced to meet ex-husband Kevin Federline to exchange the kids. posted by at 09:29 AM | (0) comments |

In an ultimate fashion faux-pas, Britney Spears was spotted leaving the L’Ermitag hotel last night wearing the same burgundy dress and plaid fedora that she was wearing when she checked in the previous night. Perhaps the “Piece of Me” singer is a little too stressed out with her sister’s pregnancy and the ongoing custody case to change her clothes. Nevertheless, Brit is making some serious allegations against her ex-hubby, Kevin Federline. posted by at 10:39 AM | (0) comments |

Kaplan, K-Fed’s lawyer, is slated to appear in court today to discuss the “Gimme More” singer being spotted out until 2 a.m. following the same day that she was “too ill” to attend the court proceedings. posted by at 10:55 AM | (1) comments |

Believe it or not, the courtroom saga of Britney Spears’ custody battle isn’t even close to being over. This time, child welfare investigators are stepping in.
