The Las Vegas boxing match on Saturday night brought out the stars, as some of the silver screen’s biggest hitters turned out in droves. According to Hello!, “A proud Jennifer Lopez looked on as her husband Marc Anthony sang the American anthem while Jim Carrey and girlfriend Jenny McCarthy, Jack Nicholson, Leonardo DiCaprio and John Cusack took up their seats at the MGM Grand.” posted by at 07:34 AM | (0) comments |

The United Kingdom is showing no love to rap entertainer Snoop Doggy Dog. The UK leg of the P Diddy/Snoop Dogg tour has been cancelled due to the refusal to give Snoop a visa. The shows were called off after “credible behind the scenes efforts were made, to no avail, to reverse the decision,” a tour spokesperson said.
Snoop Dogg had hoped the government would reconsider his visa, after he said he was promoting a message of non-violence to children and would make a donation to an anti-violence charity.

The Grammy after-party scene always seems to deliver some interesting stories. This year has been no different. At Jermaine Dupri’s Grammy after-party, Diddy apparently had a nasty confrontation with Naomi Campbell, according to a witness from the NY Daily News. The shindig took place after Clive Davis’ annual party, in the wee hours of the morning. “Diddy just started screaming at her when he saw her,” the Daily News reported. “No one could believe it. He was screaming obscenities at her, and also screaming at Terrence Howard, who was with her.” Apparently Campbell brushed off Diddy’s rants. “Naomi played it totally cool,” noted the party guest. posted by at 01:30 PM | (0) comments |

Jo comments on: Halle Berry: Vampire Vixen I love Halle’s tshirt! Does anyone know where to find it? I just bought a swarovski encrusted tshirt at a Twilight convention and it rocks!
here’s where I got mine:
Where can I get Halle’s? Does anyone know? Walker comments on: Reese Witherspoon Fights Domestic Violence in the UK Good for her. I feel like domestic violence is the red-headed step-child of violence issues. It’s easy to speak out against government-induced famine, or wars that kill civilians, or rape. But domestic violence is a very sensitive issue because it is so common! I’m glad Reese is getting people talking. Another voice brave enough to speak on domestic violence is that of Marala Scott, author of the book, “In Our House: Perception vs. Reality.” She is specifically interested in the “Indicators of an Abuser,” a tool she developed to help people recognize patterns in others (or in themselves) that might signify abusive tendencies in the future. Really fascinating stuff, that - you can see them here. Keep up the good work, Reese! Douglas Harnett comments on: Lindsay Lohan: Seeing Kevin Connolly? linsay just needs to leave that loser kevin connolly and come to me with her sexy a** N.J. comments on: Adam Lambert: More Cancellations ABC is really showing their true colors right now… They invited Adam Lambert to do the closing numer on that awards show, they WANTED it to be racy and risky and announced the “Shocking” performance a dozen times throughout the show. And now that the’ve used him to garner ratings they throw him under the bus??? This has nothing to do with his performance, this is a witch hunt. Nothing else! And just because Adam Lambert is gay nobody dares to speak up… it’s disgusting.
These are not the “values” I want my children to learn, I will no longer allow them to watch ABC or any affiliated companies.
Evey comments on: Orlando Bloom: Vdara Hotel Hunk We’ve heard these same stories about this guy when he was seeing a past girlfriend. I wish you guys would try to use your imaginations and think up better stories. Next week you’ll be claiming Miranda is shopping for a wedding dress. And then that she and Orlando were looking at rings. Just like before. It’s so predictable, it’s boring. Anna comments on: Keira Knightley Continues Work on "The Misanthrope" I love this girl. She is so talented and gorgeous. I wish her all the best with the play, I’m sure she’ll be great! |
