Rose McGowan Gets Out the Vote

Doing her part to encourage voter participation in the upcoming Presidential election, Rose McGowan was spotted at the Get Out the Vote party in Las Vegas on Saturday (October 25).

The “Black Dahlia” hottie looked fabulous as she arrived at The Bank nightclub, located inside the Bellagio hotel and casino, wearing a frilly black strapless minidress teamed with a pair of strappy black heels.
