CFDA Awards Keep It Fashionable

It was a big night for the fashion world, as the Council of Fashion Designers of America hit New York City. Elisha Cuthbert, Eva Mendes and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were among the celebs in attendance.  Some say it could be called the Oscar Awards for the fashion world. 

The New York Public Library was the setting for the event.  Ocean’s Thirteen’s Ellen Barkin was the host of the evening, arriving just in time to start the show. 

Uncomfortable Cannes For Blunt and Nemcova

With so many celebrities swapping from partner to partner, events such as the Cannes Film Festival tend to lead to a fair share of awkward moments and undesirable run-ins.

Coming as little surprise, this year has been no different than the rest. First it was Kid Rock bolting from a restaurant at first sight of ex Pam Anderson. Now, James Blunt has joined Kid by skipping a lavish party in Cannes when ex-love Petra Nemcova arrived in town.

Leonardo DiCaprio Lets Loose With Petra

When he was out clubbing Friday night, Leonardo DiCaprio seemed to be having a really good time.  The only problem with that is that he was spotted with a hottie other than his supposed fiancee, Bar Refaeli.

Petra Nemcova, fresh off the James Blunt boat, was observed to be getting a bit close to Leo.  “He looked like he was all over her,” says a witness. “They were together from before 12:30 to around 2:30. He was holding her waist and touching her arm. Also, he was smoking up a storm - chain-smoking, almost.”
