Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz: Still Going Strong

You’ve gotta hand it to Pete Wentz.  He’s in one of the world’s most popular bands and he owns an East Village Bar, a record company, and a clothing line.  And after all that is said and done, he still makes time for girlfriend Ashlee Simpson.

The cute couple was most recently seen at Miami’s hottest spot, Club Cameo.  They showed up this past weekend for Pete’s band Fall Out Boy’s concert.  After the show, the happy couple hung out for a few cocktails. 

Pete Wentz Clears Up Rumors About Fight

Pete Wentz is on top of the world.  His band is selling loads of records.  His girlfriend, Ashlee Simpson, is hot.  And he even has his own East Village NYC bar.  But he was recently accused of beating up a member of the audience at a Fall Out Boy concert.

There are widespread reports that Wentz, 28, attacked a fan for heckling him at their Chicago concert this past Monday (June 11).  But Wentz cleared things up today with an official press release.

Ashlee Simpson Treats Pete Wentz to Birthday Fun

A few days ago, the Gossip Girls wished Pete Wentz a happy birthday.  And we weren’t the only ones.  Pete had a super 28th, thanks to Ashlee Simpson and some Star Wars gear.

The night started off with a rockin’ Fall Out Boy concert at Jones Beach in NYC’s Long Island borough.  “The concert was a blast,” Wentz told People. “It was really windy and it was hard to hear anything at all, but it was awesome.”

Today (June 5, 2007) marks the 28th birthday of Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz (officially Peter Lewis Kingston Wentz III).  And you could be the one to wish him a belated birthday in person.

Ashlee Simpson: Love in the Studio

When it comes to mixing recording and romance, things can get tricky. Ashlee Simpson is hoping that her romance won’t go the way of Jessica and Nick when she records with boyfriend Pete Wentz.  We’ll see.

It has been reported that for her new album, Ashlee will be bringing some romance into the recording booth.  Simpson, 22, has been working hard on the follow up to 2005’s “I am me”.
