Brittany Murphy - Faster Kill Pussycat music video

She’s the new voice of Tinkerbelle in Disney’s upcoming, “Fairies” movie.. but did you know this multi-talented female can sing? I first saw the “Faster Kill Pussycat” video a few weeks ago and immediately started dancing. What a great collaboration between Paul Oakenfold and Brittany Murphy! Paris Hilton, Stars are Blind Video & a NEW MAN?

Does Paris Hilton has a new man? Who is this guy anyway? Well, he’s no Greek shipping heir; instead, he’s a hunk Texan model starring in her new video “Stars are Blind” that they shot in late May. These two have been seen out and about in L.A. a lot recently.  However, we’ve heard that Paris wants to be alone, so he may just be a friend.

Okay, now to the new single by Paris Hilton, Stars are Blind. It’s kind of sexy but not over the top. I have mixed feelings on the song, the singer and the video.. but it’s not bad.

I heard people talking about how the song has a reggae feel to it, I hear it.. but hmmm I just don’t know.  I’m actually looking forward to hearing her entire album. Around here, her song isn’t getting much radio play but I have it on my iPod so I’m good to go. 

By the way, Paris looks absolutely gorgeous in the Stars are Blind music video.  She looks so happy and carefree. Way to go Paris!!! You rock girl!!!

Favorite Christmas Songs & Memories

There are some songs that really get you into the Christmas spirit. For me, I just absolutely love Silver Bells. I’d have to rate it as my all time favorite Christmas song. I can remember walking down M Street in Georgetown (Washington, DC) one night while I was alone during December in 1989 and passing a shop on a snowy, evening and hearing Silver Bells playing. It was a perfect night for the song.. lots of people shopping, all the stores decked out in the holiday decor, icicles hanging from the rooftops, just enough snow to make it all Christmasy outside. This day is forever frozen in time for me and every time I hear Silver Bells, I immediately go back to that very day. It’s kind of sad really, I miss living in Washington, DC. I will never move back there, and well I don’t have any big plans to visit any time in the near future but it’s just that little glimpse into the past that makes me homesick.

I also love All I Want For Christmas by Mariah Carey. It makes me want to get up and dance!
