movie newsTuesday, April 03, 2007 Quentin Tarantino Movie Almost Didn’t Happen
For fans of Kill Bill, Sin City, and Pulp Fiction, you’re in for a treat. Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez have teamed up to make “Grindhouse”. The film opens Friday, and promises to be really really cool. However, the film had some drama in it’s making. Production of Grindhouse ground to a halt last year when Rodriguez fell for his leading lady, Rose McGowan. To make matters worse, Rodriguez’s wife, Elizabeth Avellan, the mother of his five kids, found out. Ouch. posted by at 11:11 AM | (0) comments |

George Clooney is rarely upset. He keeps his cool in a demeanor that would make Ghandi proud. But something has the actor stirring these days. So much so that he has offered a ransom to anyone who can prove him wrong.
Clooney personally responded Thursday to rumors circulated by two gossip Web sites. The Oscar winner sent a note to Radaronline.com and Defamer.com. Both sites alleged this week that Clooney was responsible for releasing outtakes from the movie “I (Heart) Huckabees” that show director David O. Russell yelling at actress Lily Tomlin.

Greg Walker of Icon Entertainment was suing the bootylicious singer and her mom Tina for $1.5 million. He claimed that they did not pay his commission for arranging the $15 million deal for their House of Dereon fashion line.
