The “Oh in Ohio” babe was spotted frolicking on the beach in a sexy two-piece Pucci bikini as she acted her way through a series of set-up shots.

Sporting relaxed sweats, sneakers and printed t-shirt, Mischa Barton was out at a pharmacy in Beverly Hills on Thursday, showing off her darker ‘do while strolling out with two bags of supplies.

Meanwhile, lawyers for the former star of The OC were busy entering a no contest plea on her behalf in a Beverly Hills courtroom - with Mischa ending up with 3 years of unsupervised probation.

There’s no doubt that this week must be nerve-wracking for Mischa Barton, with the whole court case coming up on Thursday.  And she’s handling it like any good celebrity gal would… she’s going shopping.

The O.C. actress was spotted out and about in Beverly Hills yesterday, undergoing a bit of retail therapy and looking chic.  She wore a flowery dress with flat strappy sandals and a bangy hairdo that she just may have stolen from 1984.

Mischa Barton: No Contest

Back in December of 2007, Mischa Barton ran into a bit of legal drama when she was pulled over by police and charged with a DUI.  And now she’s facing the music.

According to a plea deal between the O.C. actress and the Beverly Hills court, Barton will plea “No Contest” to the DUI charge, and in turn, receive a lesser sentence for her conviction.
