Razzie Awards Nominations Announced

While most of the awards shows are all about honoring the best of the entertainment industry, there’s one ceremony that highlights the worst of Hollywood.

The Razzies, founded by John Wilson, announced the nominees for this year’s awards, and there was plenty of material for consideration.

Justin Timberlake Premieres “The Love Guru”

In the latest chapter of Mike Myers’ absurd character movies, The Love Guru held its Hollywood premiere last night.  And star Justin Timberlake brought plenty of ‘sexy’ back to the red carpet.

The “Like I Love You” crooner showed up at Grauman’s Chinese Theater sporting his usual urban look including a retro-pleather-looking jacket with a white shirt/checkered tie combo and a pair of dark denim belted jeans.

Jessica Alba’s “Love Guru” Experience

Well along the way in her pregnancy, Jessica Alba keeps pushing forward with her work duties - most recently attending the ShoWest 2008 ceremony in Las Vegas.

The 26-year-old Pomona native shared a laugh with her Love Guru co-star Mike Myers, but recently admitted that things weren’t so comfortable on the first day of shooting the upcoming comedy.

Myers and Alba Team Up For “The Love Guru”

The much anticipated new comedy, The Love Guru, marks the end of a self imposed break for Mike Myers that has been in effect since his Austin Powers series finished up. Joining Myers in his latest venture is Hollywood favorite Jessica Alba, who comes in fresh off of her latest blockbuster, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer.

In the film, Myers will play a character named Pikta, who’s a self-help guru specializing in couple’s relationship problems.
