The “Thriller” singer has been foreclosed on by Financial Title Company, who filed a notice of a trustee’s sale yesterday.

He’s probably one of the most reclusive celebrities, but Michael Jackson is giving the public a glimpse into his tumultuous life.  The December issue of Ebony magazine will feature Jacko’s first cover story in over a decade.

His music has taken a backseat to the drama of his personal life, and Jackson hopes to put an end to that.  Anymore, he says, he’s “just about wanting to do wonderful music.  I’m writing a lot of stuff right now.  I’m in the studio, like, every day.”

There are rumors that Jacko is already married to his children’s nanny Grace Rwaramba.  And while there is confirmation that he WANTS to marry her, his reps are saying it hasn’t happened yet.

A lawsuit filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court by high profile lawyers from the firm of Lavely & Singer states that the King of Pop owes them $113,750 in legal fees.
