It seems Italy is the hot spot for celebrity weddings this spring- last month Salma Hayek got married in Venice and this past weekend Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard tied the knot in Brindisi.

The “Mona Lisa Smile” hottie and her “Shattered Glass” beau officially said “I Do” on Saturday (May 2) in front of a small group of guests including Maggie’s brother Jake Gyllenhaal and his girlfriend Reese Witherspoon.

The “Stranger Than Fiction” actress was spotted at the launch of Precious Planet at the Central Park Zoo in New York City.  Together with Fisher-Price, Gyllenhaal helped to donate $250,000 to the Wildlife Conservation Society.
