While Lindsay Lohan struggles to get her act together, her father Michael has made an effort to restore civility with her mother Dina.  Where there was once malice, he hopes to create peace.

Apparently, in the ugly legal battle between Michael and Dina Lohan, Michael made some serious allegations against LiLo’s mom.  He previously said that the alcohol and drug abuse problems of Dina were contributing factors to Lindsay’s downfall.

Lindsay Lohan Arrest: 911 Call Released

As new developments and rumors continue to ooze forth in the Lindsay Lohan DUI/Cocaine scandal, authorities have released one piece of evidence - the 911 tape that led to LiLo’s second arrest in a few short months.

The telephone recording, courtesy of Santa Monica City Attorney’s office, is believed to have been made by Lindsay’s assistant’s mother, Michelle Peck. Ms. Peck was out that night picking up her daughter from a party also being attended by the “Mean Girls” actress.

Lindsay Lohan Says She Wasn’t Driving

This is either a desperate attempt to avoid jail time or the worst mix up we’ve seen in awhile.  According to Lindsay Lohan’s uncle, Chris Sullivan, the Mean Girls actress may not have been driving her car when police arrested her.

Sullivan insists that there was something else going on that night.  While LiLo was trying to help out her former assistant Tarin Graham, something went wrong.  He says that Tarin, “is a problem individual and Lindsay was trying to help her out.” Then, Chris says, “Tarin’s mother got involved and became hysterical.” That led to the call to police.

“I Am Innocent” Says Lindsay Lohan

As an update to yesterday’s story on Lindsay Lohan’s latest lawbreaking, she’s claiming that she’s completely innocent, and that everything’s been blown out of proportion.  Of course she is.

In a statement emailed to Billy Bush, Lilo simply said, “Yes. I am innocent ... did not do drugs they’re not mine.” As for why she was chasing another car, the Mean Girls actress explained, “I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin’s mom.”

Lindsay Lohan’s Dad Should Be Arrested, Too

Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, has been a constant source of trouble and negativity for Lindsay ever since her acting career started.  Multiple DUIs and a recent prison stint for beating a relative with his shoe has really left Michael with little room to speak.  Or one would think…

Michael told Inside Edition, “I was shocked. I tried to call Lindsay three times yesterday, three or four times and I just felt that I needed to speak to her and unfortunately she was in her tango lesson for her next movie; I was blind-sided with this information.  I don’t know what to say.”
