Jessica Alba’s Kid Rock Dismissal

Just call her the Energizer Bunny, because Jessica Alba keeps going and going to the gym!  The sexy “Dark Angel” actress was spotted leaving Emerson Hall Fitness in Beverly Hills the past two days, looking like she had a good workout.

And according to a recent report, Pamela Anderson’s ex, Kid Rock, got shut down when he tried to make a move on Alba when they were filming a TV show in South America.

Tommy Lee Lets Kid Rock Off the Hook

Remember that little scuffle between Kid Rock and Tommy Lee at the MTV Video Music Awards last month?  Well, Kid won’t be facing any criminal charges, and he has Tommy to thank.

According to an official press release by Chief Deputy District Attorney Ron Bloxham, “The Clark County District Attorney’s Office will not pursue a battery charge.  It should be noted that Tommy Lee has requested that there be no prosecution relating to the incident and there were no injuries to either person.”

Kid Rock’s Waffle House Arrest

Yes!  It appears Kid Rock is still letting his overactive temper make his decisions for him.  And this time, he went to jail.

The “Cowboy” singer/rapper had just played a sold out gig in Atlanta, Georgia when he got a craving for the sweet, sweet goodness of Waffle House’s down home cooking.  Instead he got a whiff of the county slammer.

Kid Rock Shows How Classy He Is

Man, that Late Show with David Letterman is a hotbed of controversy these days.  First Letterman makes Paris Hilton cry… and now Kid Rock belittles his ex-wife Pamela Anderson on national television.

Of course, Rock wasn’t without an accomplice.  Dave lobbed the gimme pitch over home plate.  “Over the weekend, your ex-wife Pamela Anderson got married,” he quipped.

Kid Rock Explains Himself… Kind of

As previously reported by the Gossip Girls, Kid Rock was charged with battery after punching fellow musician Tommy Lee at the MTV Video Music Awards.  And now the So Hott crooner is giving his side of the story.

According to press, Rock says the air between himself and Tommy was already polluted.  “Last contact I had with him was when me and Pam were going through our divorce. He picked up her Blackberry and started e-mailing me a lot of horrendous things. It was extremely disrespectful.”
