Getting some R&R while soaking up the rays, Kelly Rowland was spotted out on the beach in Miami, Florida on Sunday (December 28).

The former Destiny’s Child singer showed off her fine figure in a neon green two-piece bikini as she found a pleasant perch on a waterside lounge chair.

Taking care of the hosting duties was none other than Katy Perry.  And the “I Kissed a Girl” songstress had plenty of sass and costume changes (a total of 12) to fill the 2-hour time allotment.
