Wearing a green and white patterned dress with heels, Katherine Heigl was all smiles as she arrived with hubby Josh Kelley at the wrap party for her latest movie “The Ugly Truth” on Tuesday night (June 10).

The Grey’s Anatomy sweetheart’s new flick tells the story of “a romantically challenged morning show producer (Heigl) who’s reluctantly embroiled in a series of outrageous tests by her chauvinistic correspondent to prove his theories on relationships and help her find love.”

Held at a private residence in Los Angeles, the celebs were out in full force on Saturday night at the exclusive 7th annual Butterfly Ball fundraiser benefiting Chrysalis, a Los Angeles-based organization that helps homeless men and women find jobs and homes.

Those in attendance included hot couples such as Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley, and newlyweds Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller.
