It’s always cool to see celebrities that don’t take themselves too seriously.  And yesterday, Katherine Heigl proved that she’s more about having fun than looking ‘cool.’

The “Grey’s Anatomy” actress is in the process of filming a new movie called “The Ugly Truth” along with “300” super stud Gerard Butler.  And the script called for a very interesting incident yesterday.

A very happy Katherine Heigl and Gerard Butler joined forces on the set of their new movie “The Ugly Truth” in Los Angeles on Monday (April 14).

According to a witness, “The pair were seen laughing and joking and obviously enjoy working together. Katherine was in very high spirits and flashed a wave and a smile to photographers.”

She has a hit TV show, as well as some pretty stellar numbers in the box office, and Katherine Heigl isn’t showing any signs of slowing down.

The “Grey’s Anatomy” babe was spotted on the set of her new movie “The Ugly Truth” during the first few days of shooting this past weekend.

“27 Dresses” babe Katherine Heigl was spotted out and about in Los Angeles, California yesterday running a few errands, and later toting a large suitcase around.

She looked like she’d been taking her fashion cues from her rock star boyfriend Josh Kelley, sporting an 80s-style grey jacket with a matching grey t-shirt underneath, along with a pair of jeans and white sneakers.

Now that they’re settled into married life, Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelly look so natural as husband and wife.  The happy couple was spotted doing a little shopping and looking awfully cute yesterday.

The “Grey’s Anatomy” babe and her rock star hubby (nice beard!) were seen meandering around the Beverly Center shopping mall yesterday picking up a few items and enjoying each other’s company.
