If you’re looking for the secret to a successful Hollywood relationship, look no further than Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck. The Alias actress recently revealed the source of their success. The Elektra actress divulged that she and her hubby are (gasp!) nice to each other, even when they are angry. She told press, “I don’t know what makes (the relationship) work. But it does. One thing that makes it not not work is that we’re both pretty nice.” posted by at 09:01 AM | (0) comments |

If you were in Vegas for the MTV Video Music Awards last night, chances are you didn’t get much sleep. There were a slew of parties to make sure that Sin City kept rocking into the wee hours.
The official post-show party took place at the Palms, with Jamie Foxx and Jennifer Garner sharing the hosting duties. They provided a serious open bar and a buffet that would make Fat Joe kneel in submission.

With everybody who’s anybody showing up in Sin City to check out the multi-venue (they had hotel parties going on during the show) event, there was fierce competition to see who could turn the most heads on the red carpet. Paris Hilton was rocking her new short coif and looking extremely elegant thanks to a Dolce & Gabbana animal print dress and some bling-ed out chandelier-style earrings. posted by Kayla at 12:24 AM | (1) comments |

Sometimes in the movie industry, the establishment gives back to the people. And that’s just what happened at the Hollywood Foreign Press Association Grant Ceremony, with plenty of star power to go around. A-listers like Hilary Swank, Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Eva Mendes, Charlize Theron, and Jaime Foxx showed up to hand out $1.2 million in grants to various filmmaking schools and programs. posted by at 08:31 AM | (0) comments |
permalink Sunday, March 11, 2007 Foxx and Blige Lead Soul Train Award Winners
Another awards show has come and gone. Last night, the Soul Train Awards saw top honors bestowed upon Mary J Blige and Jamie Foxx.
Disappointingly for show producers, neither turned up to collect their awards at the ceremony held in Pasadena, California, on Saturday.

Coffsee comments on: Adam Lambert Lands at LAX, Turns Down Guy Kiss The reason Adam Lambert’s album is selling so well - he has fans and talent.
The reason the “winner’s” album is not selling? Apparently Arkansas was willing to vote over and over and over and over for him because he was born there. But, they truly don’t like his music and are not purchasing his records. It was a false win. The album sales prove it. End.Of.Story. Beauty comments on: Adam Lambert Lands at LAX, Turns Down Guy Kiss @Jill(?)
I truly suggest that you point your head in whatever book you receive your spiritual teachings from and draw from its most positive and inspiring teachings and spread THAT around, instead of consciously trolling sites for content that offends you and then offending everyone else with with your “hate speech”! You gotta ask yourself, “WWJD”? Beauty comments on: Adam Lambert Lands at LAX, Turns Down Guy Kiss Apparently, Kris Allen’s fans were only concerned with selfeshly getting their “values vote” on and therefore unconcerned with leading a very talented and humble contestant hopeful to believe that HE was actually America’s choice and that HIS music was what the MAJORITY of “American Idol“‘s viewers / America’s citizentry wanted to hear. I think it is sad and repulsive that the conservative, religious movement USED Kris Allen to prove a point and then added insult to injury by not feeling just as compelled to back up their “smack” by going out and purchasing his project. I think it’s called HYPOCRISY when you say you want something, but you can’t have it because no one’s offering it, but when it is offered , you choose to take it - “didn’t you know?” |
