Fresh off of a pre-Oscar party the previous night, Freida Pinto looked to be soaking up every minute of her newfound stardom as she returned to her Los Angeles hotel on Friday (February 20).

With a Jimmy Choo bag under her arm and an Oscars access pass around her neck, the elegant 24-year-old was all smiles as she exited her limo, appropriately tagged with a “Diva 37” license plate.

As Oscar weekend begins to unfold, Tinseltown is preparing for the all-important night with several pre-parties.  And last night stars like Kate Winslet, Freida Pinto, Marion Cotillard, and Abbie Cornish were all spotted checking out a pre-Oscar shindig.

The Ebell Club was overflowing with mega-hot celebrity presence as the US Ireland Alliance held their Pre-Oscar Gala Awards Ceremony.  And there was plenty of paparazzi eagerly snapping up beautiful pictures of some of our favorite leading ladies.

2009 BAFTA Awards: The Show, The Winners

Not letting the rainy weather put a damper on the evening, the stars were out in full force for the 2009 Orange British Academy Film Awards at the Royal Opera House in London on Sunday (February 8).

Among the big winners were top film “Slumdog Millionaire”, along with individual awards going to Mickey Rourke, Kate Winslet, Penelope Cruz and Heath Ledger.

Taking care of her day’s errands, Freida Pinto was spotted out making a stop at Fred Leighton in New York City on Wednesday (February 4).

After browsing the shops selections, the “Slumdog Millionaire” star then headed to pick up her outfit for the Oscars at Oscar De la Renta offices in Manhattan.
