Now that the Oscars are over and done with, many stars are making their way back to their respective home towns and movie locations. And Ellen Page was spotted scurrying through LAX Airport yesterday after attending the 2008 Academy Awards the night before. The “Juno” actress had a big night Sunday night as she was nominated for “Best Actress in a Leading Role.” In the end, she lost out to Marion Cotillard, but the nomination alone was quite an honor. posted by Kayla at 08:44 AM | (1) comments |

Acting as a worthy preamble to tomorrow night’s Academy Awards, the 2008 Film Independent’s Spirit Awards got underway at Santa Monica Beach on Saturday (February 23). As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Angelina Jolie stole the spotlight - with her baby bump on full display. But there was plenty more star power to hit the red carpet worth mentioning. posted by Kayla at 06:05 PM | (0) comments |

In yet another pre-Oscar party incident, Ellen Page was spotted along with her Juno co-star Olivia Thirlby at Los Angeles hot spot STK restaurant last night. The shindig was being thrown by Fox Searchlight Pictures for Oscar and Independent Spirit Awards nominees. And Ellen wasn’t shy about striking a few poses for the paparazzi. posted by at 02:52 PM | (0) comments |

Unfortunately, I think some people who voted for Kris weren’t so much voting for him as much as they were voting AGAINST Adam. I also don’t think TPTB at AI promoted him as much as Adam who has always been in the news since the finale. It’s too bad, really. Kris is such a nice, humble guy. He deserves better.
