Justin Timberlake’s Southern Hospitality

One of the favorite pastimes of celebrities is restaurant investment.  Everyone from Britney Spears to Ashton Kutcher has their hand in an eatery, and now Justin Timberlake’s trying his at some Southern Hospitality.

The new restaurant is in New York City, and he was there to celebrate the grand opening on Wednesday night.  Southern Hospitality is a Memphis-style barbecue joint, specializing in ribs, biscuits, and corn and crab fritters. 

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ New Home

Who says the real estate market is depressed?  Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes just dropped $3.5 million to purchase three acres of land from Rob Lowe in order to build a dream home. 

The plot is located in the Montecito area of Santa Barbara.  And they’ll be cozying up to neighbor Oprah Winfrey, whose $50 million compound is less than a mile down the road.

Jessica Alba: Househunting In The Big Apple

Jessica Alba has made it no secret over the past years that Hollywood is simply her home away from home, and New York is truly where her heart belongs.  With this fact in hand, it comes as no surprise that the Sin City actress is looking for a house in New York City.

An Alba camp insider has revealed that Jessica and her longtime beau, Cash Warren, have been looking at luxury apartments in Chelsea, SoHo and the West Village during the past six months.
