In a surprising story, former Friends actress Courteney Cox and her husband David Arquette have reportedly sold their Malibu mansion to the LA Dodgers.  The crazy thing is that they sold it for three times what they paid for it.

It looks like acting isn’t the only thing this pair has a knack for.  Back in 2001, Cox and Arquette bought the beachfront house for $10.2 million.  And earlier this week they turned around and unloaded it for close too $33.5 million.

Brad Pitt’s rep told press earlier this week that the British tabloid reports regarding Brangelina’s move to Berlin were “not true.” Although, according to The Mirror, it’s possible that they will be spending plenty of time there, given that they’ve purchased a house in the German city.
