celebrity real estateTuesday, June 05, 2007 Victoria Beckham Puts Family First
With all the hoopla surrounding the Beckham Pilgrimage to America, Victoria Beckham isn’t one to lose her perspective. It looks like she has been favoring her option to write a book, rather than the grueling TV filming schedule in order to support her man.
Posh will be writing a book on the subject of interior design. It seems appropriate, being that she is preparing her Los Angeles mansion for her family to occupy. “Victoria’s last book was a pretty good seller and the new one looks like a must for those who aspire to decorate their home in an extravagant footballer’s wives’ style”, said Britain’s Daily Express.

permalink Thursday, May 31, 2007 Gwyneth Paltrow Hangs In Childhood Home
There’s just something about your first house; the place in which you grew up, played Legos, watched your famous parents party with celebs…? Yeah, for Gwyneth Paltrow, her childhood home is so appealing, she’s renting it while she films her new movie.
The Oscar-winning actress almost completely lost it when her mom sold the house, located in Santa Monica, for almost $9 million. According to US Weekly, “Gwyneth couldn’t talk about it. She was very upset.” She lived there until she was 11 years old, and it evidently held some important memories.

permalink Tuesday, May 29, 2007 Michael Jackson: Memorabilia’s On The Block
If you’re a huge Michael Jackson fan, hopefully you’re reading this story from Las Vegas. The reason I say that, is that starting tomorrow (May 30th) Vegas will host the largest Jacko collection auction in history.
The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino will be the setting for the landmark event. There was some legal red tape leading up to the sale, but the auction can now proceed after Jackson’s lawyers settled the case with the chief executive of Universal Express and proprietor of the objects, Richard Altomare. The involved parties came to the realization that Jackson had no claim to the items.

permalink Tuesday, May 22, 2007 David Beckham’s US Move: Bittersweet
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know that David Beckham is planning to move to the United States this summer to take on the role of pumping up soccer in America. He’ll be joining the Los Angeles Galaxy in hopes of making the sport into the phenomena that it is everywhere else in the world. But the move is bittersweet.
The stylish soccer stud will clearly miss the camaraderie he shares with his Real Madrid teammates. Roberto Carlos, Mahamadou Diarra and Fernando Gago, were spotted joking with Beckham at a recent car event in the Spanish capital. And last week David joined some of his closest friends from the team for a gathering at one of his favorite restaurants. They presented him with an engraved silver tray and told him that he’d always have a home in Madrid.

permalink Sunday, May 13, 2007 Leo DiCaprio Faces Lawsuit Over Basketball Court
From starring in The Basketball Diaries to numerous sightings at LA Lakers games, Leonardo DiCaprio has always been known to be a fan of the sport of basketball. This passion led the actor to begin construction of a personal basketball court at his home - which now looks as if it may land Leo in another kind of court. According to People reports, “DiCaprio’s Los Angeles neighbors, Ronald and Joan Linclau, filed a lawsuit Thursday alleging that DiCaprio’s backyard renovation for the recreation area has caused damage to their uphill property since July 2004.” posted by at 12:10 PM | (0) comments |

Unfortunately, I think some people who voted for Kris weren’t so much voting for him as much as they were voting AGAINST Adam. I also don’t think TPTB at AI promoted him as much as Adam who has always been in the news since the finale. It’s too bad, really. Kris is such a nice, humble guy. He deserves better.
