celebrity real estateMonday, July 23, 2007 Nicky Hilton Gets A Place Of Her Own
Operating in the shadows, as always, Nicky Hilton recently bought a house in the Hollywood Hills. This move comes just weeks after Nicky’s sister, Paris Hilton, began renting out a Malibu Beach house. Nicky reportedly spent an estimated $3 million for her new 4,000 square foot pad. The architecture of the home is a post-Depression Era vintage, traditional-style that would be considered relatively modest by most critics. posted by at 03:43 PM | (0) comments |

It must be nice to decide to buy a $6 million house on a whim. But that’s the kind of girl Britney Spears has come to be. Whatever Britney wants, Britney gets. Yesterday, the pop singer decided to check out a Pacific Palisades property listed at $6.5 million as a possible new place to call “home.” And she didn’t waste any time getting comfy. In fact, her bodyguard removed the “open house” and “for sale” signs at Britney’s prompting. posted by at 10:27 AM | (0) comments |

Unfortunately, I think some people who voted for Kris weren’t so much voting for him as much as they were voting AGAINST Adam. I also don’t think TPTB at AI promoted him as much as Adam who has always been in the news since the finale. It’s too bad, really. Kris is such a nice, humble guy. He deserves better.
