Following a Tuesday outing with her little sister Hattie, Rachel Bilson was all about some quality time with her pet pooch Thurmen Murmen on Wednesday afternoon (July 23).

The former OC starlet was spotted out with her pup, along with a gal pal and her canine companion, shopping it up at Tailwaggers in Los Angeles.
