Lindsay Lohan Seen Partying at the Clubs After Rehab

Hollywood starlet Lindsay Lohan took a break from rehab by leaving last week and spending the weekend hitting the Hollywood night scene.

The recently troubled actress, who checked herself into Los Angeles’ Wonderland Center on January 17 to be treated for alcoholism, left the clinic last week and hit the party circuit right away.

On Friday night, Lindsay was seen sharing some laughs with hotel heiress Paris Hilton as they left the Les Deux nightclub.

Lindsay Lohan Withdraws from Movie for Rehab

Lindsay Lohan has taken a pounding in the press for her laissez-faire attitude towards rehab, and at least some part of the message made its way through.  The Gossip Girls have learned that Lindsay has decided to remove herself from the upcoming film “A Woman of No Importance”.  This move was made so that she can focus all of her energies on getting better.

Lohan’s publicist, Leslie Sloane Zelnik, told TMZ that Lindsay is “putting herself first and decided not to push herself”.  Lohan, says Sloane, will be taking a few more months of downtime before she embarks on the press tour for the upcoming “Georgia Rule.”

In a recent interview conducted by People magazine, Jennifer Aniston opened up about a number of topics that have been swirling around her. Most notably, she discussed plastic surgery rumors and delved into her tv smooch with pal Courteney Cox (yes....it should be quite an episode!).

Aniston’s looks have long been the subject of many tabloid reports and now, with her guest star appearance on Cox’s new show “Dirt” (she plays a rival tabloid editor), Jennifer got an inside look at the industry that scrutinizes her so.

Angelia Jolie’s Mother Loses Fight With Cancer

Angelina Jolie is coping with the loss of her mother over the weekend. She announced on Sunday that her mother, Marcheline Bertrand has lost her six-year battle with ovarian cancer.

According to E Online, Marcheline Bertrand passed away on Saturday afternoon at Los Angeles’ Cedar-Sinai Medical Center and Angelina Jolie was at her side, along with her brother James Haven and her partner Brad Pitt.

Jolie jetted across the country to get to the hospital when she heard that her mother’s condition had worsened. She reportedly arrived four hours before her mother’s passing. Bertrand was only 56 years old (although some news sources have listed her age as 59) and had been battling cancer for nearly seven years.

Nicole Kidman Involved In ‘On The Set’ Accident

In a breaking news release that has sent paparazzi scurryining with their olympus cameras and tape recorders, Nicole Kidman was rushed to a hospital on Thursday January 25, after the car she was in crashed into a light pole, police said.

Her husband, Keith Urban who was recently released from rehab, was on the set with her and witnessed the accident, as well as her son Connor Cruise, 11, Us Weekly reported.

According to the magazine, Nicole was on set, driving a Jaguar and was trying to get rid of a crowd of zombie-like characters for a scene in “The Invasion.” The car was being towed by a rig, driven by a stunt driver, so that it would appear that she was really driving.

“The stunt driver apparently went off course and hit a light post at about 1 a.m.,” police Officer Karen Smith said.
