Johnny Depp Puts The Brakes On Filming

Filming has come to a grinding halt as Johnny Depp tends to his ailing daughter.  The charismatic Depp puts his child first until she is in the clear.

The movie “Sweeney Todd” was to begin filming over the weekend, but it has been reported that the production will be put on hold until Depp’s daughter, Lily-Rose, makes a full recovery.  Fortunately, the project has not been scrapped and “the plan is to re-employ everybody when she is better,” an informer told the Sun.

The very successful fashion designer Marc Jacobs has entered rehab on his own volition after a very busy fall season.

The hard working designer who has his own brand and works for Louis Vuitton, had already moved from New York to Paris to ‘escape the city’s frenetic pace’.  The decision to move from New York’s distractions seemed like a wise one, due to his giving up of drugs after a rehab stint in the late nineties.

Britney Spears AA Night Out

Britney Spears left Promises rehab center on the evening of Monday, March 12th, to attend an AA meeting held at a church in Pacific Palisades, California.

The former pop queen rode to the meeting in a white SUV owned by the Promises center. The session lasted from 8 to 9 pm. with a short break, during which Britney chatted with other attendees and smoked a cigarette.

Regis Philbin Readies For Heart Surgery

Regis Philbin, co-host of “Live With Regis and Kelly,” announced on yesterday’s show that he is scheduled to undergo heart bypass surgery this week.

“Well, listen, I gotta tell you something. ... I had been feeling chest pains, you know, and, uh, shortness of breath and all those little symptoms that you hear about,” Philbin, 75, informed the show’s audience.

The handsome Hugh Grant got a little younger for his role in ‘Music & Lyrics’.  The humorous Brit has a quick easy solution for old age.

The middle-aged actor used an elastic band to look younger for his role as a 1980’s pop star in his new hit film.  He admitted “I loved it and refused to take it off for a week!”
