Lohan Reportedly Has Liver Damage

Lindsay has been warned by doctors that she is suffering from liver damage and could face serious health consequences if she doesn’t curb her drinking.

She underwent an emergency appendectomy early this month, the latest in a long list of medical ailments which she has suffered in the past few years.

It was reported that, “the appendectomy was routine, but what doctors discovered in her blood work was not.”

“Lindsay’s liver panel shows her drinking is taking a terrible toll on her health. Her liver enzymes are extremely elevated.”

The high levels of two particular liver enzymes indicate that some of her liver cells are damaged and are leaking these enzymes into her blood.

Lindsay Partying Right After Surgery

While most of us would be relaxing on the couch, watching a movie on a nice plasma television, Lindsay was out hitting the clubs.

As reported earlier, Lindsay had to take a break from her alleged highly social lifestyle, to have her appendix removed as a precaution.

She went under the knife on Thursday and was released from the hospital the following day. According to numerous reports, the young star was out partying the following night.

She was reportedly spotted gettin’ her goove on with Blink 182 drummer, Travis Barker, until 5 in the morning on Saturday in Hollywood.

Fortunately enough, Lindsay was apparently drinking from a water bottle in between dances (no alcohol yet!!!). Meanwhile, she took numerous smoke breaks in between songs, which can’t help with the healing process.
