There’s only one reason to get a prenuptial agreement… if love is in the air and wedding bells are on the way.  And according to insiders, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are in the midst of drafting such a document.

Allegedly, the Brangelina prenup is written to encompass over $220 million of assets and earnings.  Why go through such a legal precaution if marriage wasn’t in the foreseeable future? 

Paris Hilton’s Special Prison Treatment: Under Review

Most likely, Paris Hilton wants to put the whole prison ordeal behind her.  But it looks like it won’t be fading into the distance as quickly as she’d like.

Yesterday, the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department began investigating Paris’ treatment during her stay in the county jail.  There is an internal probe seeking to answer some key questions regarding the heiress’ days behind bars. 

Paparazzo Beaten After ESPY Party, Caught On Video

As reported earlier by the Gossip Girls, the ESPY Awards were held yesterday evening. While the event itself was considered a huge success, things turned sour at an after-party attended by Rumer Willis - ending in the beating of a paparazzo (caught on camera).

According to TMZ witnesses, “The fight began after two random jerks decided to act as Rumer Willis’ bodyguards as she made her way out of Skybar and then allegedly got violent with paparazzi.”

Can Nicole Richie Avoid Court… Again?

If you’re hoping to see Nicole Richie pull up to The Los Angeles County Court today, you’re about to be disappointed.  It seems the Simple Life star won’t be showing up.

It seems that lawyers for both sides of the case were in court yesterday debating a motion made to delay the start of the trial.  The reason for the delay?  Richie’s case wasn’t ready to be made. 

Criss Angel and Cameron Diaz; Just Friends?

Criss Angel is finally coming out about his relationship with Cameron Diaz.  Amid claims by his estranged wife that the actress broke them up, Criss is setting things straight.

“It is with great sadness and disappointment that I feel the need to dignify and refute the inaccuracies, blatant lies and misrepresentations that my estranged wife and her attorney made last week in a New York courtroom and continue to make in the press. The fact that they have tried to use Cameron Diaz to accomplish their ends is a sign of their desperation,” he told press.
