The successful actress, Vivica A. Fox, faced the music this week after being pulled over and arrested for drunken driving.

”Fox was originally pulled over for going fifteen mph over the speed limit while passing a patrol car,” said California Highway Patrol Officer Leland Tang.

Birkhead, Dannielynn DNA A Done Deal

Update: According to the latest reports from TMZ and MSNBC, Larry Birkhead and Dannielynn “were both at a Bahamas doctor’s office at 9 this morning and had samples taken. Howard K. Stern’s DNA was not taken because by law there is a presumption that he’s the father since he’s listed as such on the birth certificate.”

On Tuesday, his intuitions were proven to be correct, as he obtained an important victory in his fight to demonstrate his paternity of Anna Nicole Smith’s infant daughter, Dannielynn.

A Nassau, Bahamas judge ordered DNA samples from Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter, Dannielynn and Larry Birkhead for testing. Most insiders feel it to be common sense that Stern, who’s listed on the baby’s birth certificate, is not her biological father. Otherwise, it would have saved Howard and Anna Nicole a lot of legal hassles if he were to just submit a DNA test in the first place.

Keanu Reeves Paparazzo Run-In… Literally!

Unable to use his Neo-like powers to morph out of the situation, Keanu Reeves was involved in a less than fortunate incident on Monday. The “Matrix” actor reportedly ended up handcuffed by police after “running into” a photographer while pulling out of a parking spot in LA, sheriff’s officials said.

People news reported that the accident, which occurred at 7:30 p.m., caused no harm to Reeves. Meanwhile, the photographer, Alison Silva, was rushed to a hospital with injuries of an unknown nature.

Heather Mills Dances Her Cares Away

Heather Mills McCartney, a mainstay in tabloid news for her bitter divorce from Paul McCartney, tore it up on Monday’s “Dancing with the stars” on ABC.

The 39-year-old former model/activist was the first contestant with an artificial leg to compete on the show.  “I’m just glad I did not fall over,” said Mills, who had previously joked about flying limbs. “I thought I would be lowest so I am pleased.”
