Bobby Brown Jailed Over Child Support

Singer Bobby Brown was sentenced to 30 days in jail by a Massachusetts judge, unless he pays $19,000 in child support for two of his children in what is the R&B singer’s second arrest in the state in less than a year.

Brown, who is in the process of a divorce from Whitney Houston, was arrested on Sunday February 25, while visiting his daughter in Massachusetts.

This past October, an arrest warrant was issued after Brown failed to show up at a hearing on overdue child support for Kim Ward, the mother of two of his children. Brown paid $11,000 in late child support after a judge ruled he would be arrested if he entered Massachusetts without paying what he owed.

Bahamian Burial For Anna Nicole Smith

In what has been summarized as a very emotional day, a teary-eyed Judge Larry Seidlin has ruled that the disposition of Anna Nicole Smith’s body will be determined by Richard Milstein, the guardian ad litem of Dannielynn Stern.

While the judge recommended Anna be buried next to her son in the Bahamas, he revealed Milstein, to consult with Howard K. Stern, Larry Birkhead and Virgie Arthur to decide the final resting place of Anna.

Federline Forces Britney Spears Back To Rehab

Britney Spears can’t seem to stay in rehab on her own, so her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, is using the kids as leverage to get to pop star the help that she seems to so desperately need. As a result, Britney has returned to Promises rehabilitation center in Malibu.

There is video of Spears entering the center with her mother, Lynne Spears. “Lynne is driving, she buzzes the intercom and the two drive through the gates,” reports Extra.

In other developments, X17Online is reporting that Spears went to Federline’s house last night. Their two children, Jayden James, 5 months, and Sean Preston, 17 months, were inside the house and K-Fed would not let Britney inside.

Topless Jennifer Aniston Pics Lead To Lawsuit

Jennifer Ansiton’s legal representatives have stood by their word, filing a lawsuit against a popular gossip blogger over nude photos of the star.

Universal City Studios Productions LLLP filed the suit Tuesday, claiming the stolen image was posted on the Perez Hilton Website by Mario Lavandeira, aka “Perez Hilton,” reports the Associated Press.

The lawsuit alleges that the photo was “misappropriated and illegally copied” during the making of Aniston’s hit flick, “The Break-Up,” also starring her ex-Vince Vaughn.

Carmen Electra & Dave Navarro: Officially Divorced

Actress Carmen Electra and rock star Dave Navarro have officially divorced. The legally recognized divorce comes seven months after the two separated because of “irreconcilable differences”.

According to E!, Electra filed for divorce on August 10, 2006, citing the always ambiguous ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for the breakup. The filing came a little less than a month after the two announced that they had “amicably separated,” and just a day after it was reported that her rocker husband was dating porn star Jenna Jameson.
