Police Chief Found Guilty in SJP Surrogate Scandal

An Ohio police chief was found guilty on Monday on three of six charges after being accused of stealing from the surrogate mom who carried Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick’s twin daughters.

Martin’s Ferry Police Chief Barry Carpenter, 40, and another police chief met with photographers back in May and gave them items such as a poem, photos, legal documents about the surrogacy agreement, and ultra sound pictures. A photographer told the surrogacy agency immediately.
