The Battle Over Anna Nicole Smith’s Remains

The Anna Nicole Smith controversy and legal drama continues to march on beyond her death, with three separate people launching court bids for custody of her remains.

The body of the former model, who spent more than a decade battling for the fortune of her late oil tycoon husband, is currently at a medical examiner’s office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

One participant in the heated legal battles includes Smith’s long-term companion, Howard K Stern. Howard claims that he is the executor of the former Playboy model’s will and wants her buried in the Bahamas next to her son, Daniel, who was found dead in September last year at the young age of 20.

Tracy Morgan Pleads Guilty To DUI

As a Valentine’s Day gift to himself, Tracy Morgan plead guilty to a misdemeanor drunken driving charge.

The 38-year-old comic, who co-stars on the NBC sitcom “30 Rock,” submitted the plea in Manhattan Criminal Court in exchange for a conditional discharge, meaning he must meet conditions set by the court and the case against him will be dismissed.

Morgan was pulled over and arrested in Manhattan at 4:30 a.m. on November 28th under suspicion of drunk driving, after cops noticed his erratic driving.

Faith Hill & Tim McGraw’s Mansion Burglarized

Country music couple Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have become the victims of burglars over the past weekend.

The home, located in Hollywood Hills, was broken into between Friday and Monday when no one was home, said police Sgt. Lee Sands. A person arriving at the house Monday morning discovered the crime and called police, he said.

Police told the AP that an unspecified amount of money was taken and they had no immediate suspects.

Kate Winslet Fuming Over Diet Remarks; May Sue Tabloid

In an unsurprising move, Kate Winslet is planning to take legal action against a tabloid magazine over an article about her weight.

Grazia printed a story alleging that the Oscar-nominated actress was visiting a ‘diet doctor’. Seeing the Winslet has often spoken out against skinny stars and size zero models, describing the trend as “unbelievably disturbing”, she felt an obligation to respond to the claims.

The British star, who has been “lauded for her decision to remain one of the curvier A-listers,” spoke out about the issue on the red carpet at the BAFTAs.

Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn Nude Photos Leaked?

It appears as if there is another nude photo scandal breaking to the gossip forefront. Surprisingly enough, the story does not involve Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, or one of their friends. The pictures happen to be of former “Friends” star, Jennifer Aniston. The photos apparently even include Vince Vaughn. And no, they’re not sex photos. The photos are stills, most likely from the film, ‘The Break Up.’

According to reports from Jossip, there are allegedly some new nudes of Jennifer Aniston floating around and they will soon be available for sale.  Of course, Jennifer’s team of lawyers have already jumped to action, trying to shut down any and all who “are trying to score some cash off of Jennifer’s well toned body”.
