Dr. Shatz filed her comprehensive court-ordered report (totaling hundreds of pages) this past Friday, April 25th in the family court overseeing her custody dispute with ex-husband Kevin Federline.

She was scooped up by the London Police when she arrived at the Holborn station for questioning yesterday.  And as of this morning, Amy Winehouse has been released.

According to a police spokesperson, when Amy arrived to be interviewed she was “in no fit state” to be questioned, hence the overnight stay in the slammer.

Amy Winehouse Gets Arrested For Assault

After a long night of partying, Amy Winehouse was spotted in a rather sour mood while leaving her London pad on Friday morning (April 25). And there was good reason, as the troubled Rehab singer was soon after arrested for assault.

“A 24-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of assault after attending a central London police station by appointment,” a Scotland Yard spokesman told press. “She is currently in custody.”
