Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt: Trouble In Paradise

When Brad Pitt had a “harmless lunch” with ex-wife Jennifer Aniston, Angelina Jolie pretty much lost it.  And to add insult to injury, Pitt took the couple’s daughter Shiloh with him.  Bad move.

Apparently Angelina was very vocal about her disapproval of Pitt’s visit with the former Friends star. “Angelina went totally ballistic. She rarely gets so angry. She was shouting so hard at Brad that the veins were bulging in her neck. She told him in no uncertain terms that they were finished if he took Shiloh anywhere near Jennifer again,” said a source close to the couple. 

Katie Holmes Does Hairspray Sans Tom

Actress Katie Holmes walked down the red carpet in a form fitting black outfit, stealing the show last night. The younger half of TomKat was in NY for the premiere of HairSpray. 

Holmes has close ties with several of the cast members of the movie, and her attendance at the premiere was even more notable due to the absence of her husband, Tom Cruise, who remained in Germany filming his next movie. It was often speculated whether we would ever see Katie sans Tom, and now one of life great mysteries has been solved. 

Ashlee Simpson Says “Yes” To Pete Wentz?

With all the messy divorces going on in Hollywood, it’s comforting to see that love is still in the celebrity air.  This time it’s reportedly happening to Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz.  And there are rumors swirling that Pete asked Ashlee to marry him.  And she reportedly said “Yes.”

It hasn’t been officially released yet, but according to some insiders, Ashlee and Pete were officially betrothed last week.  It all happened before a Fall Out Boy concert, backstage. 

Britney Spears’ Puppy Love

Britney Spears has enlisted the loyalty of a new companion, and he’s hairier than those of the past… it’s a puppy!  Brit picked up her new furry friend yesterday, and paraded it around town.  Hey, it needs to get used to constant media attention if it’s going to have Brit as it’s master, right?

Maybe the new puppy was to divert her attention to the turmoil that’s reportedly going on between the “Do Something” singer and the Department of Child Services.  Apparently they’re investigating a claim that Brit is an unfit mother. 

Britney Spears Goes Bust On New Single

If you’re a fan of Britney Spears, you were probably really excited when you thought her new single was going to be unveiled yesterday.  Apparently a New Orleans radio station claims to have her latest hit.

So why didn’t they play it yesterday at noon, as they had announced they would?  There aren’t any answers as of Tuesday morning, some of her devoted fans are saying that this is getting a bit ridiculous.
