AMA Fashion Was Top-Notch

The Nokia Theater in Los Angeles, California was the place to be last night.  And it all started with an amazing display of fashion on the red carpet.

Stars including Vanessa Hudgens, Rihanna, Kellie Pickler and Miley Cyrus showed off a variety of hot looks, posing for the cameras as they strode down the red carpet.

It looks like Simon Cowell’s “You’re going to Hollywood” during American Idol tryouts could also mean “You’re gonna get a crapload of American Music Awards!”

Last night at the AMA’s, American Idols took home the lion’s share of trophies, and both Carrie Underwood and Chris Daughtry were surprised and overwhelmed at their respective levels of success.

Victoria’s Secret Angels Get Hollywood Star

They’re gearing up for their big fashion show tomorrow at Los Angeles’ Kodak Theater, and the Victoria’s Secret Angels are having an amazing week.

In addition to hanging out with the Spice Girls (they’re performing at the gig tomorrow), Heidi Klum, Karolina Kurkova, and Adriana Lima were among the lingerie ladies honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame.

Jodie Foster Hits Behind the Camera Awards

As a celebrity, there’s a constant pressure to look your best at ever red carpet event in town.  And Jodie Foster went for the classic black dress-look at the Behind the Camera Awards last night.

The Highlands in Hollywood was the setting for the awards ceremony, and the “Silence of the Lambs” actress was in good company.  Sean Penn, Judd Apatow, Seth Rogen, James Woods, Julian Schnabel, Charlie Kaufman, Jason Reitman, Colleen Atwood, Jon Kilik, Mark Friedberg, and Philippe Rousselot all showed up for the evening.

Hilary Swank Steals Shampoo

Making an appearance at the “A Time For Peace” awards last night, Hilary Swank was quite the stunner.  And may we just say that Oprah’s haircutting idea was a great move!

Swank was dressed to impress in a black sleeveless shin-length dress, complete with sparkly accents and black shoes.  Despite her elegant ensemble, the “Million Dollar Baby” star likes to steal hotel toiletries just like the rest of us.
