On Wednesday’s “Today Show,” pop star Britney Spears’ mother Lynne admitted to the world that the family was not ready for Britney’s immediate fame. When asked if she would have done things different, she responded with “shoulda, woulda, coulda.”

While promoting her own memoir, Through the Storm, Lynne explained, “It’s kind of like Britney was sent out into the world a little bit prematurely.” Lynne was a single mom and had another young child, Jamie Lynne Spears, to take care of as well, and couldn’t always be there for Brit. “Did I want to be there? Of course!” she said. “Was it feasible? It wasn’t.”

The “Piece of Me” songstress looked cute and colorful in a pink tank top teamed with a pair of white cutoff shorts and matching white flip flops as she emerged with her Frappuccino blended beverage.
