Taking time out of their over-packed schedules to put family first, Nicole Richie and Benji Madden were spotted out with Harlow Winter yesterday (February 12).

The “Simple Life” mommy and her babydaddy’s bro opted for some retail therapy at the Beverly Center, looking blissful as they pushed Harlow’s stroller past the paparazzi.

Putting an end to recent rumors of a possible new coupling up, Britney Spears and Benji Madden are definitely not settling into a relationship.

The rumors all started when In Touch magazine reported that the 29-year-old rocker, who recently split with Paris Hilton, has been hooking up with the 27-year-old “Gimme More” singer.

While last night’s D&G flagship boutique opening was quite the shindig for all who attended, it was an even bigger deal for Paris Hilton, who was spotted chatting away with her ex-boyfriend Benji Madden all night.

Upon arriving, the “Hottie and the Nottie” starlet did her usual paparazzi pose-down before being greeted by the Good Charlotte rocker, who whisked her inside.  She subsequently pulled him into a private corner so they could talk, and did her best to ward off any shutterbugs.

Pete Wentz and Travis McCoy Get Artsy

They’re no strangers to the limelight, and last night Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz and Gym Class Heroes’ Travis McCoy unveiled yet another facet of their collective portfolio at the “Without You I’m Just Me” exhibition at Gallery 1988 in West Hollywood.

Wentz was joined by his beautiful wife/babymama Ashlee Simspon, who looked very enthusiastic about her man’s new venture.  Ashlee’s sister Jessica Simpson also showed up.
