Anna Nicole Smith Diaries Fetch $500,000

Two diaries containing Anna Nicole Smith’s private thoughts on “sex, partying and her dead cat” have been sold to the highest bidder for more than $500,000, an auction house official said.

According to AP reports, “the buyer of both diaries, who wished to remain anonymous, was a German businessman who planned to sell the information in the diary to various media outlets and then probably will resell them by the end of the year,” said Thomas Riccio of Universal Rarities, the auction house that handled the sale.

Eviction Notice For Howard K Stern

Anna Nicole Smith’s quasi-husband, Howard K. Stern, may soon be homeless if real estate guru G. Ben Thompson decides so. Thompson explained to Access Hollywood. “We know that Howard K. Stern cannot pass [the DNA test] in any way that would suggest he is the father of that particular child,” speaking of Dannielyn Marshall Smith.

Stern has been occupying the Bahamas house ever since Smith’s death.  G. Ben Thompson bought the Horizons house in Smith’s name with the understanding that the former playmate would eventually buy it.  Of course she never did, and the debate was that the mansion was a gift.

Birkhead, Dannielynn DNA A Done Deal

Update: According to the latest reports from TMZ and MSNBC, Larry Birkhead and Dannielynn “were both at a Bahamas doctor’s office at 9 this morning and had samples taken. Howard K. Stern’s DNA was not taken because by law there is a presumption that he’s the father since he’s listed as such on the birth certificate.”

Birkhead Gets His DNA Sample Court Order

Late last week, Larry Birkhead left the courtroom smiling, stating that he believed “good things” were on the horizon. On Tuesday, his intuitions were proven to be correct, as he obtained an important victory in his fight to demonstrate his paternity of Anna Nicole Smith’s infant daughter, Dannielynn.

A Nassau, Bahamas judge ordered DNA samples from Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter, Dannielynn and Larry Birkhead for testing. Most insiders feel it to be common sense that Stern, who’s listed on the baby’s birth certificate, is not her biological father. Otherwise, it would have saved Howard and Anna Nicole a lot of legal hassles if he were to just submit a DNA test in the first place.

Anna Nicole Paternity Suit Update

The paternity suit over Dannielynn continues to rage on. The AP has reported that Anna Nicole Smith’s ex-boyfriend, Larry Birkhead, emerged from a court hearing on Friday in a “happy mood,” while Anna Nicole’s mother refused to discuss the proceedings.

“I feel really good. What seems like has taken months and months in California basically is going pretty quick here in the Bahamas. I feel good about that. I think good things are coming pretty soon,” Birkhead told Access Hollywood after the hearing adjourned.
