Always looking for the hottest trends, celebs including Emma Roberts and Blake Lively were spotted having a marvelous time at the Juicy Couture New York City Flagship Store Grand Opening last night (November 6). permalink Monday, March 31, 2008 Jodie Foster Premieres Nim’s Island
It’s almost here… this Friday (April 4th) the fantasy/adventure film “Nim’s Island” hits theaters, and Jodie Foster and Abigail Breslin were spotted at the big Hollywood premiere yesterday. The “Silence of the Lambs” actress looked cute and conservative in a bluish-grey 1940s-style short-sleeved dress as she smiled for the cameras. Jodie has always been more a fan of letting her acting, rather than her clothes, define her. posted by at 08:57 AM | (0) comments |
permalink Thursday, March 27, 2008 Abigail Breslin is Officially a Girl Scout
When most girls join the Girl Scouts of the USA there aren’t paparazzi and reporters at the ceremony. But Abigail Breslin isn’t most girls. The “Little Miss Sunshine” star was inducted into the Girl Scouts of the USA last night at the Zanuck Theater at the 20th Century Fox Lot in Century City, California. posted by at 10:09 AM | (2) comments |
permalink Monday, February 12, 2007 Little Miss Sunshine, The Departed Take Top WGA Honors
The much unheralded, yet ever important Writers Guild of America held their awards ceremony on February 11th. The event, which was completely outshadowed by the Grammys, honored Oscar rivals Little Miss Sunshine and The Departed with the two top awards. The road trip comedy, Little Miss Sunshine, which is about a family who takes their youngest member on a trip across America to enter a California beauty pageant, took the best original screenplay gong to Michael Arndt. The Departed, a remake of the Hong Kong police drama Infernal Affairs, took the best adapted screenplay prize for writer William Monahan. Both films are up for best film at the Academy Awards on February 25, where they will also compete with The Queen, Letters From Iwo Jima and Babel. Many members of the guild are also entitled to vote in the Oscars so last night’s awards does provide a useful indicator of success later this month. posted by at 08:12 AM | (0) comments |

just saying comments on: Jessica Simpson: Big Apple Beauty This girl is such a beautiful girl. I don’t get why some tabloids choose to pull all the not so good pics when they don’t treat other celebs the same way.. These are very nice pics. Job well done in choosing these pics for your site. She is a stunner for sure & dressed down suits her best. Viki comments on: Colin Farrell’s Romantic Mexican Getaway Exactly, her name is Alicja Bachleda, not Bachieda!!!!!!!!!!!!! LavenderBrown comments on: Natalie Portman: Gotham Gorgeous Natalie Portman looks so pretty! Did anyone see the trailer for Brothers? It comes out on Friday. I don’t think the cast could get any hotter. Tiger comments on: Natalie Portman: Gotham Gorgeous Natalie Portman looks so pretty! I can’t wait to see Brothers. It comes out on Friday. David Letterman said its the best movie in the past 20 years or something… Don comments on: Tiger Woods Accident Update Tiger Woods was unconscious for 6 minutes and incoherent at the scene. This may be a much more serious head injury than we are being lead to believe. As a doctor I cant believe he wasnt kept at the hospital longer for observation. He has not been seen or heard since except on his website, and those statements sound like lawyer or agent crap. I worry about his mental status from the head injury and worry about who is medically caring for him? The bloggers think he is making decisions based on a normal mental status and that may not be the case. Canceling all his activities this month suggests to me he is not mentally or physically right after the accident and these may not have been “minor injuries”. |
