A Los Angeles pharmacist told Anna Nicole Smith’s doctor that the drugs prescribed to her after her son died were “pharmaceutical suicide,” according to documents written by state officials.

The documents were part of an investigation on Smith’s doctors, psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich and internist Sandeep Kapoor dealing with her overdose back in 2007.
