Not only did Alex Rodriguez get a great new apartment, but it also led him to his new girlfriend, Kate Hudson .
Adam Modlin of NYC’s the Modlin Group, told A-Rod that sparks might fly with his other client -Hudson. Rodriguez took up the opportunity instantly.

Enjoying a swanky evening out together, Kate Hudson and Alex Rodriguez were spotted out and about in New York City last night (June 7).
The “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” actress and the Yankee slugger hit up the 40/40 nightclub, though they exited separately to avoid being photographed together.

Supporting her baseball star beau as he faced off against his old team, Kate Hudson seemed to be enjoying herself at last night’s Texas Rangers vs New York Yankees game on Tuesday night (June 2).
The “Fool’s Gold” actress grabbed up her seat at Yankee Stadium, sipping on a drink as she watched Alex Rodriguez perform.

Alex Rodriguez: Linked to Madam Kristin Davis
It just keeps getting worse for Alex Rodriguez. And the latest bad news for the baseball stud is that Kristin Davis, a Manhattan madam, has just been revealed to have dated A-Rod back in 2006.
According to two former call girls, the Yankees hunk met Davis at a gym and was immediately attracted to her. So much so, that he eventually booked a two-hour “date” with her.
