Elle Magazine Celebrates “Women in Hollywood”
If you’re the proud owner of two “X” chromosomes, you’ll be happy to know that Elle Magazine was, once again, paying tribute to the fairer sex with their annual “Women in Hollywood” celebration last night.
And it was a who’s who of leading ladies, along with a legendary director. Those women being honored were director Julie Taymor ("Across the Universe"), and actors Lauren Bacall, Diane Lane ("Unfaithful"), Kate Bosworth ("Superman Returns"), Jennifer Connelly ("A Beautiful Mind"), Amy Adams ("Junebug") and Scarlett Johansson ("Lost in Translation").

Jessica Alba Willing To Bulk Up For Right Role
Sometimes in Hollywood, it’s hard for a beautiful girl to be taken seriously. Jessica Alba has found that one out the hard way, and revealed that she’s willing to make changes if necessary.
The Dark Angel actress recently told press that she’d be up for altering her look if the right part came along. And when she says “alter” she really means it.

Jessica Alba Dismisses “Sexiest” Polls
While many Hollywood starlets will go out of their way for attention and compliments, Jessica Alba has been flowered with such high praise for her looks that she’s forced to try and disprove its validity.
The Into the Blue actress, who was spotted out yesterday continuing her search for a new house, recently commented to press about not letting the “Sexiest” polls go to her head.

Jessica Alba Talks Monkey Business
It’s finally here. We’ve been talking and talking about Jessica Alba’s new movie Good Luck Chuck all summer. And last Friday America got the chance to see the poorly reviewed collaboration between the Dark Angel actress and comedian Dane Cook.
According to the Sin City starlet, her aspiration to try comedy was realized during an MTV Awards show skit. “I’ve always wanted to do comedy. That’s pretty much why I got into the business. I love making people laugh and entertaining.”

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren Shop For Baby Shoes
With rumors of an affair with a Russian model apparently going by the wayside, Jessica Alba and her on-and-off boyfriend Cash Warren are going strong after another short breakup.
The pair was spotted out enjoying a Malibu shopping excursion on Sunday, with the Sin City siren sizing up her man for some news shirts and shoes.
