Costume Institute Gala: Hollywood Style At Its Best

The New York Metropolitan Museum of Art was the place to be and be seen on Monday night (May 7). The Met played host to this year’s Costume Institute Gala in honor of Paul Poiret.

Poiret was a renowned pre-World War II fashion designer, who was the first to use draping in dressmaking and is credited with launching the suspender belt, flesh-colored stockings, the sack dress and culottes.

Kate Bosworth’s Hawaiian Vacation

Kate Bosworth has been enjoying a much needed vacation in Hawaii the past few days, play-wrestling on the beach and fooling around in the water.

The “Superman Returns” star was spotted partaking in a fun-filled afternoon with two of her girlfriends on Friday (April 27) afternoon in Maui, Hawaii, with boyfriend James Rousseau joining the group the following day. Bosworth has been dating the British model since September 2006.

Orlando Bloom and Kate Bosworth have SPLIT UP!

Orlando Bloom has reportedly ended his three-year relationship with Kate Bosworth. The split has been chalked up to spending too much time apart due to their busy film careers.

According to IMDB.com, the 28-year-old Bloom has been dating the Blue Crush hottie since they met on the set of a Gap ad in 2002 and allegedly ended the relationship after a recent trip to Brazil, where it was evident that their schedules weren’t working.

“Orlando has said that’s it all over between him and Kate and that’s he’s back in the dating game,” a tattler told the British newspaper The Mail On Sunday.  “It seems they were never together for longer than a week before one of them had to jet off to the other side of the world for film commitments. Kate’s devastated by the split but the truth is Orlando has always been a bit of a ladies’ man and thinks he’s too young to settle down.”

Now… all the girls in the world are screaming and jumping for joy! The hottie is finally single.

Fun, flirty, trite and sweet. Hollywood’s badboy meets West Virginia’s finest.. falls in love and wants her “goodness” to rub off on him. He buys a farm, and well you know the rest - right?

The major reviews of Win a Date with Tad Hamiliton sort of sucked. But, I the believer in all good movies wanted to see it anyway. It was cute, I won’t deny that. It was trite, of course it would be. The triumph of the good guy was a no brainer. Hmm, why did I like this movie? Oh yea, because it was cute and the music was good! Oh, and because Josh Duhamel is hot! (He’s half the reason why I watch Las Vegas on NBC.) Of course you know I can’t stand Kate Bosworth, you know.. Orlando Bloom’s fiance. Yes, I said fiance. That’s the rumor I hear anyway.
