R&B Singer Usher’s Father Dies

The Gossip Girls have just learned that R&B singer Usher’s father, Usher Raymond III, died suddenly this past Friday at a hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.

Understandably, the “My Way” singer has not be reachable for comment, and the cause of death has not been released.  Funeral services are said to be taking place at the Taylor funeral home chapel in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Usher Gets Married After All

It was looking dreary for Tameka Foster and R&B singer Usher when plans for their Hamptons wedding were abruptly canceled.  But in the end, the happy couple made their vows in Atlanta.

Apparently the reason they didn’t get married as scheduled had to do with a medical emergency.  Foster had a “pregnancy scare” that prevented them from sticking to their original plans.

Usher’s Almost Bride Stirs The Pot

Tameka Foster finally broke her silence with the media regarding her canceled wedding plans to R&B superstar Usher. The wedding was suppose to take place last Saturday, but just hours before the ceremony the 100 wedding guests were informed that it had been called off.

And after carefully reviewing her recent statement to the press, it seems apparent that Tameka never truly explained what happened and appeared to intentionally leave us guessing about future wedding plans.

What happened to Usher and Tameka Foster? Everything seemed to be going so well for the couple, who are expecting a child together this fall.

Set to wed at music mogul Antonio “LA” Reid’s Hamptons estate in New York on Saturday (July 28), Usher’s publicist surprisingly announced that the ceremony was canceled at the last minute. Now, it’s not even clear whether the two are still together.

That’s right - Usher is gonna be a dad soon.  The R&B singer announced yesterday that he and fiance Tameka Foster are expecting their first child together.

“We are extremely excited at this point in our lives planning our wedding and the joy that comes with expecting our first child together.  We hope people will be happy for us and respect our privacy during this happy period in our lives,” Usher told press.
