He’s shown much courage through his battle with pancreatic cancer, and it sounds like Patrick Swayze wants to leave something behind for his fans to remember him by.

According to a report, the “Dirty Dancing” stud will write a memoir with the help of his wife Lisa, though his rep doesn’t know when it will be released.

Patrick Swayze Hospitalized with Pneumonia

As he continues his battle with cancer, it has just been reported that Patrick Swayze has been hospitalized due to a case of pneumonia.

Robert DeBitetto, president of A&E, made a statement which reads: “Patrick has asked that I tell you that he has checked himself into the hospital this morning for observation after coming down with pneumonia.”

It’s back to work for Patrick Swayze, as the “Dirty Dancing” star was spotted on the Chicago set of his new A&E series titled “The Beast” on Monday (July 28).

Accompanied by his wife, Lisa Niemi, the 55-year-old was back behind the camera for the first time since going through treatment for pancreatic cancer.
