According to a report, charges against the “Lost Boys” stud have been dropped after the New York District Attorney rejected the case.

Showing off his mangled mug, fashion designer Jack McCollough was spotted leaving a New York City office building on Friday (May 8) all bandaged up after having surgery on his nose the previous night.

Accompanied by a gal pal, McCollough strolled past paparazzi, who have been tailing the Proenza Schouler designer ever since reports that he was head-butted by “24” star Kiefer Sutherland at an afterparty following the Met Costume Institute on Monday night.
