With her new movie “My Sister’s Keeper” having opened in theaters on Friday, the “Shrek” sweetheart leisurely walked along as someone in a truck yelled, “You’re hot,” to which Cameron replied with one of her great big movie smiles.

Held at the AMC Lincoln Square theater, the “Shrek” sweetheart showed up decked out in white, hamming it up alongside co-stars Abigail Breslin, Sofia Vassilieva, Evan Ellinson and Jason Patric.
