Can I have your autograph? The Good, bad and ugly…

Britney Spears makes it to the top of another “worst” list. And this time, it has nothing to do with clothes or singing.

Autograph Collector magazine, saying “no one is better at showing their fans how little they mean to them,” names Spears its worst celebrity signer of the year in its 13th annual survey of who’s cool and who’s cruel to the fans.

“While we’re the first to defend any celebrity’s right not to sign, how do you defend rude, crude and downright unattractive behavior?” asks Steve Cyrkin, publisher and editor in chief. “As one collector told us, ‘Britney has done all she can to earn her nickname, Bitchney Sneers.’ “

But Hollywood isn’t all scowls and passive aggression. Turns out Johnny Depp is pretty nice. “He never says ‘No’ to autograph seekers,” Cyrkin says.

The other good guys on the Autograph Collector list: Matt Damon, Tom Cruise, Mike Myers, Angelina Jolie, Elijah Wood, Lindsay Lohan, Jessica Simpson, Hilary Duff and Charlize Theron.

The naughty list includes Cameron Diaz, Tobey Maguire, Justin Timberlake, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, Leonardo DiCaprio, Eminem, Halle Berry and Paris Hilton.

Well, booo to the naughty list. Remember folks, if it weren’t for the fans you’d be doing dinner theater or working at McDonalds!  And who pays your million dollar salary by going to see your movies, buy your gear, downloading your music from iTunes? Us. We do.  So play nice!

Tara Reid: Lindsay Lohan is Way More Wild…

Well, that’s what Miss Tara Reid is saying.. hmm I thought they were pals?! Maybe not. Here’s a quote from STUFF Magazine from Tara about Lindsay:

“Some article said I was a bad influence on her, because she was going out and going crazy.  But Lindsay Lohan is way more wild than I was when I was her age. Don’t put me with her - I don’t want to be dragged into her shit.”

Now, if this was my friend—I’d hate to hear what my enemies were saying about me!

Did Lindsay Lohan pull an Ashlee Simpson?

Lindsay Lohan has been accused of lip-syncing during a supposedly live TV performance, just weeks after Ashlee Simpson’s controversial Saturday Night Live embarrassment.

The actress-turned-singer appeared on popular TV show Good Morning America Monday to preview her eagerly-anticipated LP ‘Speak,’ but phone lines were subsequently jammed by viewers complaining she’d lip-synched the words and blatantly missed her cues.

One said she did “a woeful job of lip-syncing her way through two mind-numbingly generic Britney Spears/Ashlee cast-offs,” adding, “She looked like she hadn’t even bothered to learn the songs properly.”

But representatives for Lohan insist she sung every word of the songs “Rumors” and “Over” with the aid of a “backing track.”

Good Morning America spokeswoman Bridgette Maney says, “All musical artists that perform on Good Morning America are required to perform live. On occasion, artists will have a backing track to support their live vocals.”

Update: It seems she’s sick again....

Singer and actress Lindsay Lohan is sick again - now she’s contracted laryngitis.

Just over a month after the ‘Mean Girls’ star checked into Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles with a mystery fever, she is struggling to keep her voice as she releases her first pop album, ‘Speak.’

Co-hosting MTV’s Total Request Live Tuesday, Lohan croaked, “I’m getting sick again. I’ve just been working a lot but, y’know, it’s all worth it.”

So, maybe it’s okay to lip synch if you’ve got laryngitis.

Lindsay Lohan launches her first Album “Speak”

Casablanca recording artist and Hollywood box-office superstar Lindsay Lohan is about to be heard around the world with the release of her musical debut, ”SPEAK," in-stores December 7.

Lohan, who most recently graced the covers of Rolling Stone and GQ, has no plans of slowing down anytime soon. In addition to recording her album, she simultaneously filmed Disney’s HERBIE: Fully Loaded, a remake of the classic Herbie, the Love Bug which will be in theaters in 2005.

Executive Produced by Tommy Mottola, Lohan worked with an all-star team of producers including: Cory Rooney (Destiny’s Child, Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony); John Shanks (Ashlee Simpson, Hilary Duff, Anastacia); Kara Dioguardi (Jessica Simpson, Celine Dion, Ashlee Simpson); and Andreas Carlson (Britney Spears, Hilary Duff, Celine Dion, Bon Jovi).

“Rumors,” the first track from ”SPEAK," has become a triple threat - climbing the charts at radio, on-line, and at MTV. “Rumors” entered in at #1 on the AOL Top 11 Songs Chart beating out pop divas Destiny’s Child and is the #3 watched video on MTV.com. “Rumors” is sure-fire club banger, which probes some of the issues this hot young star faces as a favorite among the media and paparazzi. Lohan co-wrote the lead single with hit-maker Corey Rooney, who has produced for famed divas such as Mariah Carey and Jennifer Lopez. Lohan also collaborated on the album’s song “Over” which goes to radio in December.

MTV gave viewers a taste of Lohan’s talent with a special “Making Of The Video” earlier this month that let fans see Lohan at work with director Jake Nava, who was responsible for Beyonce’s super hot videos “Crazy In Love” (featuring Jay-Z) and “Baby Boy” (featuring Sean Paul). “Rumors” has been on TRL’s Top Ten Countdown since its debut on Oct. 12.

Lohan has been a stand-out star from the beginning of her career - whether it was for being the first red-headed child signed by the Ford Modeling Agency at the age of three or for her dynamic performances in The Parent Trap, Freaky Friday, Confessions Of A Teenage Drama Queen, or most recently in Mean Girls.

Lindsay Lohan will be making a trio of appearances surrounding the December 7th release of her album.
