Their little girl is growing up so fast! Harlow Winter, the daughter of Nicole Richie and Joel Madden is 2 today (Monday, January 11).

Up before 6am this morning, 28-year-old Richie took to her Twitter page, telling, “Up super early sneaking around the house in the dark setting up surprises for when my birthday girl wakes up!”
