While her Gossip Girl costar Blake Lively was across town checking out the “Dark Knight” movie premiere, Leighton Meester was busy at the Longchamp 60th Anniversary soiree.
The brunette beauty mingled like a seasoned pro with the likes of Brooke Shields, Lindsay Price and Susan Sarandon at La Maison Unique Longchamp.

Leighton Meester is Summertime Sexy
Now that we’re well into July, the summer heat is in full force. And Leighton Meester was spotted sweating it out in New York City over the weekend.
Saturday afternoon, the Gossip Girl gal was out and about in Manhattan, looking beautiful, albeit a bit on the toasty side, in a belted summery dress teamed with a pair of aviator sunglasses and leather strappy sandals.

Still pumping out episodes for the new season of Gossip Girl, Leighton Meester was spotted on location in Roslyn, New York yesterday chatting away on her mobile phone.
The Blair Waldorf actress is getting a ton of exposure lately thanks to the hit CW series. She scored the cover of Lucky magazine as TV’s best dressed new star, and also appears in the August issue of Vanity Fair.

Madchen Amick: Gossip Girl’s New Girl
With the overwhelming success of Gossip Girl, it appears producers are already thinking about how to expand the storyline. And when Madchen Amick appeared on the set earlier today, it opened a whole new can of worms.
The “Twin Peaks” beauty, 37, is reportedly set to play Catherine Mason, a May-December older love interest for Chace Crawford’s character. And with a hot body like that, Nate Archibald will be after her in no time!
